This approach assures each client a direct line of communication to senior management where each client has an assigned executive contact. This enables immediate attention to any concerns and immediate response to them.
Executive management remains involved and committed from day one. Our objective is not to sell a job, disappear and take our profit. Rather, we remain accessible and accountable to each of our customers.
It is NWS’s responsibility to be pro-active to the job and to be a resource to the owner/manager. This priority is of major importance to us as it is the cornerstone to raising standards through service.
As a business, profitability is important, but we recognize that our business exists because of our customers. Our objective is to make all our jobs into Long Term jobs with customer relationships that are understanding and responsive to each individual contract.
