To ensure
that our established schedules and procedures are achieved on a continuing
basis, NWS utilizes a documented quality and service program.
The key element of this program is SUPERVISION. We maintain our quality
standards with effective supervision by well-qualified and motivated
supervisors who regularly visit each site.
Our Quality Assurance Program is initiated by the use of contract specifications,
floor plans coded for services and frequencies, and a formal inspection
form. This form is used daily by night supervisors as a check list of
work completion, and the Area Supervisor or District Manager will use
the same form for his regular, detailed inspections of all areas, on
a minimum weekly rotation. If agreeable, NWS would carry out this weekly
inspection with a designated client representative to ensure consensus
of standards and satisfaction levels.
On a monthly basis, our V.P. of Operations will conduct a personal inspection
with a client representative to fine tune client expectations to job
specifications and adjust as required.
Irregular and un-announced surprise inspections are undertaken by our
Quality Control Manager as a further check and control to job performance.
All inspection results are discussed at our bi-weekly operations meeting
attended by the executive management to ensure effective implementation
of quality priorities and controls.
It is through this ongoing, proactive adherence to our standards that
we set ourselves apart from the rest of the field and gain our clients’
long-term trust. There will always be a direct line of communication
for each client to an assigned executive NWS contact to address any
concern. “Above and Beyond the Industry Standard” is, to us, more than
a slogan; rather, it is a service reality.
